Parked outside Tucson, this is the doomed plane that brought us there. It was later fire-bombed in L.A. by a saboteur and never flew again.

Tucson enjoys beautiful views of the desert. Because of its clear night sky, it has become a national center for Astronomy. The city does have its fair share of poverty and crime. We got pulled over twice in one night by Police, but they were friendly and tend to be merciful toward visiting pilots.
